FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colours and that the actual colour of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.
If you have ordered items from us that you no longer need, want or unhappy with, please contact us to
arrange your refund and returning the item.
We accept faulty items back from our customers within 7 days of delivery however, the item should not be
personalized and be in their original packaging.
Any items that you return due to be faulty will be refunded in full including the delivery charge. The refund will
be issued once we have inspected the item/s, you will be notified via
email of when you should expect the refund. Customers must allow 14 working days before we refund Your
order or ship a replacement for the faulty item. We aim to complete all refunds processed within 14 working
